Athens Saturday Market’s mission is to support local agriculture and increase economic opportunities for farmers, small businesses, and artisans; to educate and provide access to healthy local foods; and to build a vibrant gathering place for Athens residents and visitors. Athens Saturday Market is a state-certified farmers’ market. Enjoy fresh produce, baked goods, music, art, and crafts at the Green Street pavilion each Saturday morning, June 5 to August 28, from 8 a.m. to noon.
