Ashley Farm began as a working farm in the early 1900s—a small livestock and row crop operation run by the Ashley sisters. After a fire destroyed the original home, the current farmhouse was built in 1945. Following the passing of the Ashley family, the farm was eventually sold.

In 2018, I purchased the property with a vision of restoring and preserving the legacy of Ashley Farm. Since then, my family and I have worked to carefully restore the farmhouse while maintaining its original character and charm.

Today, Ashley Farm is once again a thriving operation. By leasing surrounding land, I’ve expanded into a growing cattle operation, allowing us to offer high-quality Ashley Farm Beef to your family.

Our beef is available in custom orders—whole, half, or quarter—as well as individual cuts, including steaks, ground beef, roasts, and more.
