We manage a productive 21-acre farmstead, focused on sustainable living and community contribution. Our land supports a diverse array of crops, including a small orchard of apple, plum, and peach trees, a large vegetable garden with raised beds, and various berry bushes (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry). We preserve our harvests through pressure canning and use the produce to sustain ourselves, selling and donating the surplus locally. Our livestock includes 12 layer chickens, providing abundant eggs for baking, sales, and donations. We also raise and process meat birds twice annually for our family and to donate to local families in need. Currently, our operation is expanding into raising registered Idaho Pasture Pigs; we plan to sell registered breeding pairs from the litters while retaining some piglets for meat sales.
