Oven Odyssey employs fruits, vegetables and herbs produced in the family garden to create super fresh and nutritious dishes for its local consumers. Baked items include the homegrown fruits and veggies and eggs from the chickens and ducks that live on the farm. Spring, summer and early fall mean farmers markets and local festivals where the harvest shows off and the locals cash in on the freshest products available in Northeast Alabama! There's work involved with this - and we love what we do - especially sharing it with friends and family!
