Mac Beef provides farm to fork delicious beef raised on our family owned and run Circle M Ranch located in Dayton, AL. My name is Pam McPherson. My husband, Troy and I have been blessed by the Lord to be able to raise our 4 children, who are grown now, on our ranch! We have worked to raise beef cattle for over 30 years!
I was a Registered Nurse, working in OB/GYN at our local hospital until our first child was born. I then became a full time stay at home mom and eventually teacher, as I homeschooled our 3 girls and 1 boy. Work on our ranch was a large part of our children’s education. We all worked cows, cut and baled our own hay, bush hogged, fixed many a mile of fence and even built a pole barn one year!
After I graduated the last kid my husband and I decided we would offer our delicious hormone free beef in smaller quantities. Not everyone has room for 1/4 or 1/2 a share of meat. So we have our cattle USDA processed so that we can sell per pound. Our customers can buy as little as 1 lb of hamburger or steak or as many pounds as they wish!
Our meat can be purchased from my FB page MAC BEEF, at our local farmers market in downtown Demopolis, delivery (when available), or at our ranch.
