Possibly the longest continual Bison operation in Alabama.  My dad started our ranch in the mid 1960's with cattle and got out in the early/mid 1990's.  I started the conversion to Bison around late 1996, with the first bison on the ground in October of 1998. continuing until the present.    There were others before us that have gone out of operation. The name "Boundary Line Bison" comes from our being located along the south edge of the old Cherokee territorial boundary line of Alabama.  We started the LLC in late 2014 just after my wife's retirement and just before I retired.  Having also been members of the National Bison Association since we started, we don't cross Bison with anything. 

Boundary Line Bison Meat & Products strives to provide nutritious grass-fed bison meat and bison products; helps others start bison herds; provides herbs and herbal products, and shares our ranch with school groups, civic groups, FFA and 4-H groups, etc. to allow them to see the American Buffalo (Bison) without having to go West and experience farming up close.
