Our agrarian system is a multi-generational operation. Though you will enjoy the benefits of our incredibly healthy and amazingly delicious products, we do not do it for you first. We do not do it for money. Our way of life is firstly to honor God and to depend on Him for what feeds us, and secondly to offer our children not only a healthier lifestyle, but a more joyful, more pure childhood. Our kids are healthier both physically and emotionally because of it. Our pastured heritage Angus Beef, Berkshire Pork, and chicken are hormone-free, steroid-free, antibiotic-free and GMO-free.

Our quality products makes us #1 in everything we do. We have our own state-of-the-art hatchery where we oversee our poultry operation from egg to table. Our egg yolks are a rich golden yellow and full of vitamins and nutrients. We also have our own dairy where we are happy to bring to our local community raw milk.

We have studied and worked with the Amish for years. We know what the animals eat, you eat. We have looked across the United States to source the best, highest quality alfalfa, feed and minerals. For example, typical livestock salt doesn't have trace minerals they need. The salt we use comes from the ocean and is complete with all its trace minerals. We do not cut quality just to make a profit. We do not mass produce. We breed and feed as God intended. From beef to dairy, our customers repeatedly testify, "It's the best we've ever tasted."

Our storefront for Villaggio Colafrancesco/Old Century Meats is conveniently located on Highway 280 next to Cowboys gas station at 3600 Cedar Lane, Birmingham, AL 35242. Our market is open 3 days a week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We sell cut up meats, as well as whole and half steers and hogs, chicken boxes and bundles, pasture raised turkeys (currently sold out), raw milk and much more.
