As veteran and first-time women farmers, we began with a dream of owning a farm, and growing lavender was part of our vision for a fresh start. We have added new natural lavender, rosemary, and other herbs as our farm continues to grow. 

Our Fresh Culinary Lavender

All our lavender at J & C Local Farms is hand-picked and harvested. Depending on the lavender plant, it blooms at different times and can thrive from spring until fall.

J & C Local Farms offers dried culinary lavender for sale to restaurants, chefs, and the food industry. Our local lavender makes a wonderful addition to your culinary creations. You can infuse it, bake with it, or even consume the buds directly from the stem. We use no chemicals on our lavender plants; they are nurtured solely by Mother Nature. We aim to expand our farm, reinvest in the community, and become a local source of high-quality culinary lavender.

We also plan to cultivate complementary herbs such as rosemary and mint, all grown locally. Our goal at our farm is to serve as a farm-to-table resource for local businesses, promoting local investment in culinary lavender instead of sourcing it online.

We make culinary lavender chocolates, infused honey, lavender seasonings, lavender popcorn and other culinary lavender items for resell. But we offer essential rollers, soaps, lip balms, lotions and sprays as part of our inventory.
