We raise mostly Black Angus and Black Angus-cross cattle and feed out with shelled corn. Consumers can place orders for half or whole beef shares. When the calf is ready to sell, we take it to Florence Frozen Foods and process the calf to your specifications. Customers pay the butcher directly for the product.
