Hiccup Farm is a regenerative family farm, pasture-raising sheep and chickens. Individual cuts of lamb meat will be available for purchase year round while we have it in stock. For those interested in whole or half lamb, a pre-order will open in the fall. Whole chicken pre-orders are open twice a year, in the spring and the fall.
