Moo Maven is an independent publisher of ag-accurate books for children and creator of agriculture-themed merchandise based on art by Jackie Nix, who is owner and operator. The mission of Moo Maven is to educate and inspire children of all ages regarding the role of agriculture in their lives. Jackie's debut award-winning picture book, Modern Farms, is an introduction to food production and farming in the 21st century for children ages 3-8. This book is a must for every child who eats and a great resource for the classroom.
