
Smoked Catfish Platter

Ingredients:
- 3 Sweet Grown Alabama Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:

Prepare the grill. Add some apple wood chips for smoking.

Drizzle Catfish fillets with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Place fillets on a perforated pizza oven pan. Place pan directly on grill, and cover. Smoke for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Flake smoked Catfish on a platter, and surround with assorted vegetables, crackers and spreads
FOR THE PLATTER
Ingredients:
- Sweet Grown Alabama cucumbers, sliced
- Sweet Grown Alabama cherry tomatoes
- Sweet Grown Alabama red onion, thinly sliced
- Capers
- Assorted crackers and sliced breads
- Sweet Grown Alabama boiled egg, chopped
- Cream cheese, whipped
