Low Carb Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 pound fresh Sweet Grown Alabama green beans washed and trimmed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, combine green beans, avocado oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, remove from oven, stir and arrange in a single layer again.
  4. Evenly sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of the beans and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes more. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
