Sweet Grown Alabama Day at the Farmers Market

Join Sweet Grown Alabama for a celebration of locally grown products and farmers markets on Saturday, July 23. Markets across the state will be hosting their own special events in celebration of local farmers. At each of these markets you will have the opportunity to engage and ask questions to farmers, purchase local goodies and have a fun filled day of sampling product, games and more!
Town of Berlin Farmers Market- Cullman

When you visit the Town of Berlin Farmers Market, expect to enjoy a beautiful market with lots of local products to sample. If you’ve been looking for ways to get the whole family involved in shopping decisions, look no further. This farmers market uses the Power of Produce (POP) program! Kids receive vouchers to spend at the market, allowing them to engage in the local food system through talking directly with farmers. They will also be hosting a sunflower potting project for kids to get hands on with agriculture.

This year is The Montgomery Curb Markets 95th Anniversary, making it the oldest continuous farmers market! Their celebration will be held in conjunction with Sweet Grown Alabama Day to make one amazing event.
