
Lissa’s Cowboy Cookies
Priester's Pecans, Fort Deposit, Alabama

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1¼ Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 ½ Cup Granola Cereal
- 1 ½ Cup Corn Flakes
- 1 Cup Uncooked Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Shredded Dry Coconut
- 1 Cup Chopped Sweet Grown Alabama Pecans (Priester’s Pecans Small Pieces)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream Together butter and sugars – add eggs one at a time.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda, and add to creamed mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in cereal, oats, coconuts and pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 140 small cookies.
