Strawberry Habanero Jam

- 4 Pounds Alabama strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 6 cups of sugar
- 6 Alabama habanero peppers (chopped)
- 6 tablespoons of orange juice
- Add all ingredients to a heavy bottom pot and bring to boil.
- When mixture reaches 220 degrees, use a potato masher to mash everything together to desired consistency or transfer to food processor to make smooth.
